Our organization is seeking an accomplished legal professional to serve as a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs, investors, and businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver strategic and technical legal counsel to clients across various industries.
  • Lead corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, and corporate restructuring.
  • Provide expert guidance on cross-border legal matters, tax implications, and regulatory compliance.
  • Negotiate complex commercial agreements and contracts.
  • Act as external General Counsel for select clients, advising on capital raises, human resources structuring, and corporate governance.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and admission to practice in Australia.
  • At least 5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in BigLaw, in-house, or entrepreneurial settings.
  • Deep knowledge of business law, tax implications, and regulatory considerations for multinational clients.
  • Experience advising startups, investors, and scaling companies on financing transactions, M&A, and deal structuring.
