As a Project Manager at Sofico, you will play a key role in driving the delivery of first-class products to our clients. You will be responsible for planning all aspects of the project lifecycle, guiding project teams on continuous improvement, and managing project budget, scope, and schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, including risk, communication, and stakeholder management.
- Guide project teams on continuous improvement and Agile values and principles.
- Manage project budget, scope, and schedule.
- Provide constructive feedback on Sofico's methodologies and procedures.
- Ensure all project artefacts are completed and delivered, including periodic reporting to the Steering Committee and enterprise PMO.
- Work with internal delivery teams to ensure delivery planning is integrated and release dependencies are managed well.
- Contribute to implementation reviews and lessons learned workshops.
Requirements
- Strong stakeholder management skills and influencing skills.
- Extensive experience with customer-facing ERP implementation projects.
- Excellent insight into (financial) business processes.
- Thorough knowledge and experience with the different phases of a software implementation project, including discovery workshops, ERP configuration, development, migration, testing, etc.
- Proven experience in managing technical teams and ensuring delivery within required timeframes.
- Experience in large-scale ERP projects and Agile deliveries is desired.
- Experience in fleet management and projects using cloud technology will be a good bonus.
About You
- You are a collaborative and technically astute individual with a strong understanding of product implementations into client environments.
- You have a helicopter view as well as a pragmatic approach and know when to pay attention to detail and when to use others' expertise.
- You are passionate about driving successful projects to completion and have exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- You have solid experience in working for a vendor to the financial services industry or have internal experience in the same or similar industry.
