Job Summary:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the growth and support of Supplier EDI integrations at Blackwoods. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage a team of analysts, take a hands-on approach, and partner with stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions for our suppliers and increase accuracy and efficiency of Blackwood's supplier interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the effectiveness of all existing and new supplier integrations
  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle of supplier integrations, from requirements gathering to successful implementation and transition to BAU
  • Plan and define project timelines in conjunction with stakeholder requirements
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure effective project delivery
  • Develop relationships and engage stakeholders across the supply chain and operations functional areas
  • Provide ongoing activity updates to stakeholders
  • Lead and mentor team members, and help uplift Blackwoods EDI domain knowledge and capability
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in EDI/eBusiness project management
  • 2+ years' formal experience in people leadership and coaching direct reports
  • Sound knowledge of eCommerce EDI document standards
  • Sound project management skills, managing timelines and resources across multiple projects and conflicting priorities
  • Ability to manage internal and external stakeholder groups
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills
