Role Overview
\The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for delivering exceptional candidate experiences, sourcing great talent, and setting the scene for an amazing place to work.
They will be the face of Macquarie Technology Group for potential candidates and new employees, handling end-to-end recruitment services, project management, and building strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels.
Key Responsibilities\- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technology or telecommunications roles
- Recruit for Telecom or Technology organizations
- Conduct behavioural interviews and role analysis
- Assess cultural fit during the hiring process
- Headhunt high-quality passive candidates proactively
- Work with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders
Requirements
\We're looking for someone with a minimum 5 years of experience in managing end-to-end recruitment. They should have experience recruiting for Telecom or Technology organizations, strong interviewing skills, and ability to assess cultural fit.
The ideal candidate should also be able to headhunt high-quality passive candidates proactively and have advanced level experience working with ATS.
