We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition expert to join our team and drive the end-to-end hiring process. As a key member of our talent acquisition function, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and Hiring Leaders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategically driving the hiring process to acquire top talent with speed and quality
  • Implementing recruiting processes that meet business needs while ensuring every interaction reflects our brand's quality and energy
  • Managing quality screening, interview, and offer processes for roles across various functions
  • Championing operational excellence by leveraging technology and standard processes to improve efficiency, quality, and speed for both in-person and virtual hiring

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication, collaboration, influencing, and problem-solving skills. You should also possess segment and industry-specific knowledge, as well as the ability to partner with ancillary groups supporting talent acquisition processes. Additionally, you should be able to make logical decisions in a complex environment and work in a high-volume setting, handling multiple tasks and prioritizing accordingly.
