Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing an allocated caseload and delivering therapeutic services efficiently
  • Providing speech pathology services within schools, homes, and the community
  • Using clinical observations and standardised assessments to develop individualized treatment goals
  • Implementing evidence-based interventions to improve participants' quality of life
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Mentoring graduates and early career clinicians (for senior roles)
  • Staying informed of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance
Requirements

To be considered suitable, you will have:

  • Current certified membership with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Experience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduation
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills for managing a varied caseload
  • A proactive attitude motivated by growth and learning
