Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing an allocated caseload and delivering therapeutic services efficiently
- Providing speech pathology services within schools, homes, and the community
- Using clinical observations and standardised assessments to develop individualized treatment goals
- Implementing evidence-based interventions to improve participants' quality of life
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Mentoring graduates and early career clinicians (for senior roles)
- Staying informed of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance
To be considered suitable, you will have:
- Current certified membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Experience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduation
- Excellent time management and organisational skills for managing a varied caseload
- A proactive attitude motivated by growth and learning
- A desire to work in a fun, collaborative, and supportive environment
- A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
