Rehabilitation Specialist

This is a full-time Occupational Therapist position with a hybrid work arrangement, located in Penrith, NSW. The role involves assessing clients' needs, developing personalized rehabilitation plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to enhance function and promote independence.
Key Responsibilities- Work with clients, case managers, insurers, and health professionals to deliver goal-oriented care.
- Document progress and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation skills, sound knowledge of Medicine, and experience working with Pediatrics as an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Current General registration with AHPRA.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client locations as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
