Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Travel Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and providing tailored travel solutions that meet the unique needs of our business customers.

Your primary focus will be on advising and arranging corporate travel, conducting research and analysis to identify opportunities for upselling additional services, and ensuring compliance with clients' travel policies and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A passion for delivering outstanding client satisfaction and exceeding expectations in every interaction.
  • Native expertise in Global Distribution Systems (GDS), preferably Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • An attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, ensuring seamless execution of travel arrangements.
  • Strong understanding of the travel industry, including business and leisure travel, as well as airline reservations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive traveler information with discretion.
