Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced travel professional to join our team as an Elite Corporate Travel Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for arranging exclusive travel arrangements for business executives and high-profile individuals.

Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional service to our clients by anticipating their needs and delivering tailored travel solutions that meet their expectations.

You will work closely with our team to identify the best travel options, negotiate rates, and ensure seamless execution of all travel-related tasks.

This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in global distribution systems (GDS) and your passion for delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange domestic and international corporate travel, including air, road, rail, and accommodations
  • Conduct research on travel options to anticipate client needs and preferences
  • Use GDS to book travel and negotiate rates
  • Ensure compliance with clients' travel policies and regulatory requirements
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of corporate travel experience
  • Native GDS expertise
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive client information
