Job Description

This is a part-time position, two days a week (Wednesday and Thursday). The Receptionist provides professional, culturally respectful, and friendly front office phone and face-to-face reception and administration services.

The role includes welcoming clients, staff, visitors, and the general public, making travel bookings, preparing invoices, providing information, and coordinating facility use and maintenance.

This role will also provide additional coverage/reception assistance to backfill other reception staff leave and training requirements where required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience working closely with and having a strong understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture would be an advantage.

It is a requirement to possess a Working with Children (Ochre Card), a current National Criminal History Check within three months, and a valid NT driver's license.
