About the Opportunity
In this role, you will be responsible for managing casework and scheduling for healthcare facilities, primarily interacting with hospital representatives and the facilities themselves. You will utilize software tools extensively to input data accurately, generate invoices, and coordinate product delivery schedules. The role involves minimal phone inquiries.
Duties
- Coordinate hospital bookings using calendar and spreadsheet tools
- Generate invoices with precision
- Collaborate with various teams including warehousing and sales
- Handle incoming phone inquiries
- Experience with SAP is essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
