About Our Role:

At Catholic Healthcare, we're dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support for the elderly. As a Household Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in creating personalized daily living experiences for residents in our care setting.

We're seeking an experienced professional to coordinate household operations within a neighbourhood of 17 residents. This will involve facilitating individual activities based on resident interests, hobbies, and preferences, as well as assisting with personal care and administering basic medications as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate household operations and create a warm, welcoming environment
  • Assist residents with personal care and administer medications as needed
  • Facilitate engaging activities that cater to individual needs and interests
  • Serve as a link between residents, families, and other roles in the home
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and family members

Requirements:

  • A passion for providing high-quality care and support to older adults
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Completion of Cert III or Cert IV in aged care or related field
  • Demonstrated experience in personal care, leisure and lifestyle, hospitality, or nursing
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills
