At Tradewind Australia, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Client Outcome Facilitator to join our dynamic AOD Service team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients engaged through their respective program.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing case management, advocacy, and support to clients, focusing on their individual needs and fostering their capacity towards independence.

A key outcome of this position is to assist clients in reconnecting with their community by providing information and referral advice within the context of approved case management plans.

We offer full-time and part-time options, with the possibility of shift work including afternoons, nights, and weekends depending on the program.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful applicant will have a minimum Certificate III in Community Services or a related field, or an Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) tertiary qualification.

Knowledge of relevant legislation and guidelines is essential, as well as previous experience as a Support Worker within AOD services.

In exchange for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
