Job Opportunity

The successful candidate will be a skilled Tradesperson who is able to carry out a variety of tasks in vacant and occupied properties, utilizing manual and electrical tools when required. This involves following instructions from the scheduling team and line manager, performing routine maintenance tasks in accordance with health and safety protocols, identifying potential hazards, and completing tasks to a high standard.

About Your Role
  • Undertake work assignments for various tasks in vacant and occupied properties.
  • Utilize manual and electrical tools when necessary.
  • Follow instructions from the scheduling team and your line manager.

This role requires you to complete a satisfactory Basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. You will be required to work in surrounding areas.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 2 or City & Guilds qualification.
  • Possession of a valid driving license.

A strong organizational skillset is also essential for this role, as well as a positive attitude toward health and safety and effective communication skills.
