Customer Service and Operations Manager

This is a permanent full-time position for a Customer Service and Operations Manager.
The successful candidate will lead a team of 27 staff across four key areas: Switchboard, Reception, Conference Centre, and Cashier Service to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the team to provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the reception areas.
- Support staff development through training, coaching, and performance management.
- Collaborate with hospital teams to solve problems and improve services and systems.
- Manage cash handling, paging, and phone systems effectively.
- Strong leadership experience, particularly in customer service or front-of-house teams.
- Excellent communication and people skills are essential.
- Able to follow and support emergency procedures and business continuity plans.
- Experience working in high-volume service areas, preferably in call centres or reception roles.
