Senior Team Leader - Lending Operations

This role offers an opportunity to lead a team of operations officers and drive operational excellence in lending settlements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services, leadership, and workforce planning. They will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and leading the team to deliver high levels of service and ensure workflows run efficiently.

The successful candidate will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team as a Senior Team Leader - Lending Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of operations officers to achieve operational excellence in lending settlements
  • Closely monitoring team performance and identifying areas for improvement
  • Implementing necessary changes to improve workflows and processes
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and resolving complex complaints
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' leadership experience in financial services or a related industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in workforce planning, resource management, and performance uplift
  • Minimum Diploma in leadership or a financial service-related field
