About the role

As a Retail Leader at Coles, you will be responsible for developing and inspiring our team to provide amazing customer experiences and create a great place to work. You will lead our team through effective coaching and support to ensure ongoing business development and growth.

About you and your skills

  • Direct leadership experience is essential to lead, coach and develop your team to achieve sales growth, cost control and rostering requirements
  • You will be proactive in driving continuous improvement of process and procedures
  • Able to influence and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • You will be customer obsessed and continually seek to better understand our diverse customers
  • You will promote a one team culture which celebrates success and puts our team members health, safety, and wellbeing first
