The purpose of this role is to provide high-quality interpreting services at court proceedings, facilitating communication between parties who do not share a common language.
Main Responsibilities- To deliver accurate and effective interpretation for various court matters at multiple locations
- To manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- To communicate sensitively with diverse customers to ensure seamless communication
- To stay up-to-date with industry developments to maintain compliance with current standards and codes of ethics
- A current NAATI Certified Interpreter certification in Arabic or Mandarin
- Over five years' experience in interpreting for court settings
- Demonstrated expertise in simultaneous and consecutive interpreting
- Excellent time management skills and ability to perform well under pressure
