About this Role

This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate directly with Project Managers, tradespeople, and clients on complex construction projects valued at up to $10 million. As part of a close-knit team, you'll gain valuable site exposure and develop essential skills to become a successful Project Manager.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Full project lifecycle involvement across multiple high-end residential builds, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Cost tracking, analysis, and forecasting for direct reporting to the Project Manager.
  • Procurement of materials and subcontractor agreements, ensuring timely and cost-effective project progress.
  • Drafting and reviewing head contracts, scopes, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
  • Processing progress claims and contract variations, maintaining accurate records and transparent communication.
  • Building strong relationships with subcontractors, architects, and consultants to drive project success.
  • Supporting PMs with project delivery, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination to ensure smooth project execution.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
  • Has 3+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator or Estimator in residential construction, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Is confident in pricing, negotiating, and managing scopes of work, with a keen eye for detail and a solution-focused mindset.
  • Brings a construction-related degree or trade background, with a passion for delivering luxury homes and growing into a PM role.
  • Can manage competing deadlines and communicate clearly across all stakeholders, from clients to contractors.
