About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing premium materials from China, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing high-quality materials directly from China.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years as a Foreman or Leading Hand in luxury residential construction.
    • Proven expertise in delivering high-end finishes for premium projects.
    • Experience in sourcing materials internationally.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
    • Exceptional communication skills, fluent in both Chinese and English.
    • Ability to manage tight deadlines while maintaining the highest quality standards.
    • Proficiency in coordinating subcontractors and suppliers for efficient project workflows.
  • Knowledge:
    • Extensive understanding of luxury finishes, particularly stonework and custom detailing.
    • Familiarity with Australian building regulations and industry standards.
    • Awareness of international procurement processes and quality assurance for imported materials.
