We are seeking a skilled Construction Worker to perform various tasks on high-end new build homes. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months recent construction experience and be proficient in using hand and power tools.

The ideal candidate will be able to work safely at heights, operate equipment such as grinders and jackhammers, and possess excellent communication skills.

**Key Requirements:**

  • At least 12 months recent construction experience
  • Proven experience using hand and power tools
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Respect for colleagues and supervisors

**Desirable Skills:**

  • Experience with concreting, form work, jackhammering, demolition, framing, cleaning, scaffolding, working at heights, confined space, grinding, carpentry, apprentice, EWP, skilled labourer, patching, rendering, brick work, remediation, set out, trade assistants

**Work Arrangements:**

  • 8-hour shifts
