As a skilled Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work with an excellent team of experienced lawyers and licensed conveyancers in a collaborative, supportive environment. We value work-life balance and offer flexible office hours from 9 am to 5 pm.

The position involves covering a wide range of work including day-to-day running of conveyancing files, which may include standard residential conveyancing and off-the-plan matters, as well as conveyancing of land zoned for rural and primary production, boundary adjustments, and land lease arrangements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing advice on transfer of water licenses, commercial leases, purchase and sale of businesses
  • Preparing and providing advice on preparation of Wills, power of attorney, and enduring guardian documents
  • Lodging applications for grant of probate in the Supreme Court of NSW
