Solicitor - Property, Leasing, Commercial

We are seeking a motivated and capable lawyer to join our team. The role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of matters, with a particular emphasis on property sale and acquisitions, the sale and purchase of businesses, and commercial and retail leasing. There may be some work in estate planning, employment law and child protection (reportable conduct allegations/investigations).
- Between 1-4 years PQE, ideally in property law
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on building strong client relationships
- Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
- A proactive mindset and ability to manage competing deadlines
- A strong work ethic, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team but also able to manage files autonomously when required
