The Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Store Manager to manage shift metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Creating rosters in line with business need and labour budget.
  • Encouraging teamwork and collaboration among colleagues.
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy workplace environment at all times.
  • Providing feedback on product and service quality to stakeholders.
  • Working with your team to achieve sales targets and improve operational excellence.
  • Supporting the Store Manager to develop action plans for operational improvement.
  • Communicating company policies and processes to your team.
  • Building and sustaining a positive team culture.
  • Contributing to the success of Krispy Kreme through feedback and insights.
  • Supporting the Store Manager to recruit and retain top talent in line with business needs.

  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
