We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our store operations as a Store Operations Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will play a critical role in managing daily store activities to achieve success.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and take on new challenges. As a Store Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Coaching and developing team members to ensure outstanding customer service
  • Working closely with the Store Manager to lead the team and manage store operations
  • Providing a safe work environment for yourself, team members, and customers
  • Oftentimes having opening and closing responsibilities

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous supervisory experience or be ready for that next step
  • Demonstrate previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience
  • Ideally have mechanical/automotive parts knowledge
  • Have a flexible availability and hold a valid driver's licence
  • Have the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role (including handling products of a heavy nature)
  • Prioritise safety

Note: This role will require lifting, bending, climbing, and safe driving.
