We are looking for **STORE MANAGER** to join our team at **BLACKTOWN**.

**Store Management**:

- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Implement and maintain store policies and procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage and train all store staff to the Neverland service standard whilst fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Achieve store budgets through effectively customer service, task delegation and prioritisation.
- Ensure all Neverland Store directives are completed to standard and on time.
- Complete all weekly reporting and maintain strong communication with Area Manager
- Lead by example and be responsible for store and staff performance.
- Tuesday to Saturday roster

**Who you are**:

- Have a passion for street wear & fashion
- Strong customer service skills and standards
- Previous experience in a management role
- Be performance driven in both level of service and financial achievement Previous visual merchandising experience
