Job Opportunity

The role of a Systems Analyst is pivotal in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of an institution, ensuring seamless integration with core financial systems. This position requires delivering accurate and timely guidance that upholds high standards while meeting diverse stakeholder needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to ERP functionality design, development, and configuration tailored to business requirements; include customising existing solutions, integrating with enterprise systems, and ensuring data flow optimisation;
  • Provide high-level support for ERP and financial systems, including software upgrades, user assistance, troubleshooting, and bug resolution, conducting rigorous testing to ensure high availability and reliability;
  • Maintain robust data governance by enforcing legislation, policies, and guidelines, supporting User Access controls and audit requirements to uphold data integrity, security, and compliance.

Requirements:
  • Completion of a relevant degree with extensive experience in financial systems administration or equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • Demonstrated high-level expertise in enterprise financial systems, finance, and payroll literacy, advanced Excel skills, and accounting software proficiency;
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools and Business Process Automation and AI Tools; and
  • Experience managing system upgrades, testing, and change control processes.
