About the Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic thinker to support our financial operations. This role involves ensuring seamless integration with core systems, delivering accurate and timely guidance that upholds high standards and meets diverse stakeholder needs.

You will work in a collaborative team to design practical solutions enhancing operations and contributing to both operational and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to enterprise resource planning (ERP) functionality design, development, and configuration tailored to business requirements. Customize existing solutions, integrate with enterprise systems, and ensure data flow for optimal performance and user experience.
  • Provide high-level support for ERP and financial systems, including software upgrades, user assistance, troubleshooting, and bug resolution. Conduct rigorous testing to ensure high availability, reliability, and optimal performance across all platforms.
  • Maintain robust data governance by enforcing relevant legislation, policies, and guidelines. Support user access controls and audit requirements to uphold data integrity, security, and compliance across all ERP and financial systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated expertise in enterprise financial systems, finance, and payroll literacy processes. Experience with MS Office, accounting software, and data analysis tools.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, business process automation, and AI tools. Experience managing system upgrades, testing, and change control processes.
