Lead Outreach and Volunteer Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our outreach and volunteer programs, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for everyone.

This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to engage authentically with people from all walks of life, and a genuine drive to bring inclusivity, dignity, value, and respect to every individual we meet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full volunteer lifecycle, including recruitment, training, and retention
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and hands-on support to volunteer coordinators and the outreach team
  • Oversee the Rosies Youth Engagement Program and guide our involvement in community initiatives
Requirements:
  • Leadership experience in community services, health, or related areas
  • Demonstrated success in engaging, training, and retaining volunteers
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance strategic priorities and operational delivery
