Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing social media platforms, including content creation, posting, and engagement">
  • Analyzing web performance data to optimize marketing campaigns">
  • Creating effective online marketing campaigns, including email marketing and paid advertising">
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience optimising Paid Social campaigns for eCommerce brands">
  • In-depth understanding of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, and ability to deliver results by identifying and executing on key optimisation opportunities">
  • Experience supporting the management and scaling of campaigns across multiple platforms, including creative research, ad copy creation, optimization, and reporting">
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and visualisation tools such as Excel, Google Data Studio, Google Sheets, and Tableau">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills">
  • Ability to work on-site in Burleigh Heads, QLD">
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field desirable">
