
Digital Marketing Strategist

About the Role
]We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a specialist in digital marketing, you will be responsible for planning and implementing innovative multi-channel digital strategies to drive global showroom appointment bookings and sales growth.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with our digital marketing team to deliver a performance-based approach to advertising. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and managing the delivery and performance of all in-house advertising strategies (Meta, Google, Google Analytics, Pinterest, and TikTok)
- Conducting research on markets, competitors, new technology, and industry trends, and reporting on findings
- Brainstorming and researching new innovative brand growth and sales strategies with our Digital Marketing Manager
- Creating and managing the planning and execution of digital marketing strategies across web, search engine marketing, social media, display advertising, YouTube advertising, and shopping campaigns
- Performing multi-variant split testing on ad campaigns to determine winning ad creative and copy
- Writing and implementing compelling copy for all advertising channels, with a focus on localisation
- Supporting our PR team with the delivery of 3rd-party advertising strategies and directory listings
- Managing monthly PPC advertising spend in conjunction with our Digital Marketing Manager and reporting on ROI of all budget utilised, structuring campaigns to achieve bookings targets
- Managing all catalogue integrations to reflect true representation of product information on product XML feeds
- Resolving technical issues pertaining to campaign and tracking set up (Google Tag Manager, XML Feed, UTM parameters, etc.)
- Briefing in ad campaign artwork to graphic designers
- Collaborating with our Creative team and providing weekly data, performance insights, and recommendations on channel performance
- Conducting frequent advertising audits and reporting on ROI
- Assisting in crafting and coordinating the execution of marketing plans for product launches, showroom launches, and always-on campaigns
- Working with our Creative team to ensure all content used in advertising has appropriate usage rights needed
- Housing and managing advertising content in libraries, working with our Graphic Designers
Essential Knowledge & Experience Required
]To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A minimum of 3-4 years experience in a similar specialist role
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing/business or similar field
- A solid understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and PPC best practices
- Experience in managing Google Ad accounts with large ad spends
- Experience in paid social advertising campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager
- Experience with SEM and keyword research tools
- Ability to find and communicate meaningful insights from Google Analytics
- Ability to write creative copy and have a keen creative eye
- Time management skills and ability to prioritise own workflow
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to inspire others and work independently or collaboratively within a team environment
- Ability to effectively contribute to brainstorming and other idea generation activities
