
Rail Network Development Specialist

You will be part of a team that is driving real change across Victoria's rail network. This is an exciting opportunity to work on some of the state's most significant infrastructure projects.
About The Role
This is a key role in shaping the future of Victoria's regional rail network. You will bring confidence, autonomy and proven experience in track and civil engineering to deliver high-quality results.
- A degree in a relevant Engineering discipline, preferably Civil Engineering
- Registered Professional Engineer Victoria (RPEV) in civil engineering
- Proven experience in project delivery, ideally 3+ years
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including negotiation, collaboration in ambiguous environments, and the ability to influence and enhance cross-functional performance
- A current driver licence or the ability to travel independently to site, as required
