About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at Frontline Retail Brisbane. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our IT support ticketing system, specifically with ERP Microsoft Dynamic NAV. You will troubleshoot register issues, provide general helpdesk support, build and repair hardware, and perform iPhone wiping and resetting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage IT support ticketing system and resolve issues with registers
  • Provide general helpdesk support and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Build and repair hardware, including registers and iPhones
  • Perform system upgrades and new site builds
  • Travel to various locations for system upgrades and new site builds

About Us

Frontline Retail Brisbane is an independently owned franchise chain with 34 stores across Queensland. We pride ourselves on providing customers with quality fresh products and everyday big brands at competitive prices. We source produce directly from Queensland suppliers whenever possible and employ over 1500 locals throughout our stores.

Requirements

  • Understanding of IT support, ideally with experience in a supermarket setting and relevant TAFE/University qualification
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamic NAV
  • Ability to handle common IT repairs and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Hands-on approach and willingness to undertake various tasks
