Personal Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to provide support to clients in their own homes. As a Disability Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and adults with disabilities.
You will provide personal care and support to clients, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and medication reminders. You will also engage in companionship activities, such as reading, music, and puzzles, to promote social interaction and emotional well-being.
To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, empathy, and patience. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate III in Community Services or equivalent, and have experience working in aged care or disability services. You will also require a valid driver's license, first aid and CPR certification, and Australian Police Clearance.
