As a Home Care Worker, you will be part of a team that focuses on providing domestic assistance and social services. These include:

  • Organising outings for seniors
  • Cooking healthy meals
  • Taking care of pets
  • Cleaning and tidying homes
  • Gardening and outdoor maintenance
  • Transporting clients to appointments

You will also assist in reviewing care plans to understand your clients' goals and needs, use an app to track important information, and spot any hazards to ensure their safety.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in the Aged Care sector
  • A Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (desirable)

  • A current Australian Drivers License and registered vehicle for travel purposes
