Personal Care Assistant

The role of a Personal Care Worker is to provide assistance to residents in our aged care homes. Our residents require support with daily living activities, and it is essential that you can work effectively in a team environment.
As a Personal Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care; assisting with the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting and caring for residents as they age, assisting them to maintain their independence and live with dignity, self-determination, and comfort.
- Assisting the resident with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.
