Personal Care Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be physically fit, and possess a caring attitude. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored support to enhance their quality of life.
About the Role- Provide personal care assistance for older adults living in their own homes.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
- Support clients with mobility issues, including transferring and positioning.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
- Australian Federal Police Clearance.
- Current CPR/First Aid Certificate.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
- Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance is required).
- Smartphone with internet access.
