Outstanding Educator Position

Our goal is to provide exceptional Out of School Hours Care services in the Blue Mountains. We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced professionals who share our passion for delivering high-quality education and care.
RoleThe Educator role is a vital part of our service, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation on a day-to-day basis. You will work closely with our Coordinators to achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain warm and respectful relationships with families and children;
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times;
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve service goals;
- Contribute to the development and implementation of programs and activities for children;
- Experience within an Out of School Hours Care setting (preferred or experience in a long day care setting);
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality education and care;
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with families and children;
- Working with Children Check;
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates, Child Protection training (or willing to obtain).
- Above Award rates (dependent on qualifications and experience) + Broken Shift Allowance + superannuation;
