Job Overview

At the forefront of a rapidly evolving industry, we are seeking an exceptional individual to drive business growth and forge meaningful connections with key clients.

  • Promote strategic partnerships by effectively communicating corporate messaging to defined Key Accounts, solidifying BD as a trusted partner within these accounts.
  • Achieve revenue and gross profit targets within designated territories and key accounts.
  • Work in tandem with internal stakeholders to align on successful implementation strategies, ensuring clear measurable outcomes.

This role demands exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective networking and building strong business relationships across all levels within key accounts to promote BD brand awareness and profitable outcomes.

Maintain a high standard of customer knowledge among key customer-facing groups, including sales teams, management, customer service, and BD businesses.

Develop in-depth knowledge of Private Sector funding mechanisms to deeply comprehend customer needs and stay up-to-date with market changes impacting key account relationships.

Allocate 70% of time to fieldwork, collaborating with key accounts to develop and maintain an up-to-date understanding of the customer organization – its businesses, personnel, and future initiatives.
