Remuneration and People Insights Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Remuneration and People Insights Analyst to join our People and Culture division at Great Southern Bank. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our performance and remuneration strategies, providing actionable insights to leaders, and driving business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and maintain competitive fixed and variable remuneration strategies across the organization.
- Analyse market talent and remuneration benchmark data to inform total compensation recommendations.
- Provide insights on salary ranges, award entitlements, and incentive schemes to support decision-making.
- Analyse people data to uncover trends related to retention, engagement, and workforce demographics.
- Develop dashboards and reporting for key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, headcount, diversity, etc.).
- Partner with peers across People and Culture, and key stakeholders to identify people-related trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Present insight findings to stakeholders in a clear, actionable format.
- Act as a key contact point for team member and leader queries in relation to performance, remuneration, and people insights.
- Experience as an analyst to implement/facilitate remuneration and performance processes and generate people reports and insights.
- Business presentation skills (including graphical representation of insights).
- Stakeholder management and engagement skills.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience contributing to cross-functional P&C team projects.
- Experience working in remuneration and/or people processes with the financial services industry is desirable.
- An understanding of the finance sector is also desirable.
