Job Overview

The role of Digital Marketing Manager involves strategic thinking and day-to-day execution.


Key responsibilities include driving growth, increasing traffic, generating leads, and boosting sales in a competitive industry.



Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute end-to-end digital strategies across all brand websites to drive business outcomes.
  • Manage paid campaigns with a focus on return on investment (ROI) and cost of sale.
  • Lead SEO strategy to improve organic visibility and search engine rankings.
  • Evaluate and optimise eCommerce platforms to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
  • Manage website merchandising, product listings, and UX enhancements to increase engagement and sales.
  • Drive data-driven CRO initiatives through A/B testing and analytics insights.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to the Marketing Assistant.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams and store managers to support business objectives.


Qualifications and Requirements
  • Demonstrated success in driving growth and customer acquisition through effective marketing strategies.
  • Hands-on expertise with Shopify & WordPress, Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Remarketing), SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs), Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, GA4 & Google Tag Manager.
  • A commercial mindset with a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • A self-starter approach with confidence in making decisions without agency or senior marketing oversight.

  • Understanding of price-sensitive, competitive markets.
  • Familiarity with ERP/e-commerce integrations.
  • Experience with product feed optimisation and marketplace advertising.
