Job Title: Ecommerce Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and skilled individual to join our team as an ecommerce specialist.

We are looking for someone who has at least 2 years of operational ecommerce experience and possesses strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and A/B testing and reporting
  • Assist in developing and implementing ecommerce strategies to improve customer and revenue outcomes
  • Work with developers to improve website functionality and speed
  • Work with the marketing team or manage digital marketers to improve quality and traffic acquisition
  • Manage re-platforming/re-theming website to new CMS
  • Keep up-to-date with new trends and technologies to improve website performance
  • Analyse various data to deliver data-driven strategies to achieve top performance and KPIs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience in a similar role, predominantly working within Shopify platform
  • Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, social media, display, and affiliate channels
  • Confidence developing and overseeing retail and ecommerce-focused digital marketing strategies
  • Excellent understanding of UX, web design, customer flow, and web analysis
  • Confidence in traffic analysis, reporting tools, and optimisation
