Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the position of Master Training Leader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs and assessing the performance of apprentices, trainees, and school students.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of trainers. You will also be responsible for managing the operations of our VETiS programs, including rostering, scheduling, resource allocation, and purchasing requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Cert IV TAE qualification, as well as a licensed trade qualification in Electrical, Plumbing, or Refrigeration. A Working with Children Check (WWCC) and National Police Certificate (NPC) are also required. Additionally, you should have experience in training and assessing, as well as supervisory roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Program Delivery: Develop and deliver high-quality training programs that meet the needs of apprentices, trainees, and school students.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to trainers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and tools to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Operations Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of our VETiS programs, including rostering, scheduling, resource allocation, and purchasing requirements.
Requirements:
  • Cert IV TAE qualification
  • Licenced Trade Qualification in Electrical, Plumbing, or Refrigeration
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC) and National Police Certificate (NPC)
