Taxation Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Specialist to oversee the creation, delivery, and continuous optimisation of technical training programs for our Tax team nationwide.
About This Role- This is an ideal opportunity for a qualified professional with Chartered Accounting background and comparable experience in training development and delivery to join our organisation.
- Collaborate with senior leaders across tax service lines, Learning and Development teams, and subject matter experts to develop timely and relevant training programs addressing Tax technical training needs.
- Manage national technical training schedules, ensuring that training is delivered effectively and received by relevant stakeholders. Provide regular updates on progress and milestones.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge library to facilitate easy access to contemporary training tools by Tax team members.
- Chartered Accounting qualification or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in training development, delivery, and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
