Strategic Leadership Opportunity

A senior leadership position is available at a well-established Registered Training Organisation (RTO) with modern facilities and a broad scope of nationally recognised training programs. The RTO is seeking an experienced leader to manage operations in South Australia and drive growth into New South Wales and Victoria.

This is a strategic opportunity for a visionary leader to shape the future of the organisation, leveraging their expertise to deliver high-quality training services and drive business growth.

  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve organisational goals and objectives.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results and achieve business and training objectives.
  • Manage operational, financial, and resource outcomes effectively, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with government funding bodies, industry partners, and other key stakeholders to drive business growth and opportunities.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree or equivalent experience in Education, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in managing RTOs, with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of ASQA standards, state-based requirements, and Federal training programs and incentives.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to create a collaborative and results-focused culture.
  • TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher qualification in adult education.
