Fleet Administrator Role

As a highly organised and driven professional, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our Fleet business. Your key responsibilities include managing store operations, maintaining accurate fleet data, and facilitating budgetary tasks.

Main duties:

  • Managing daily operations, including meeting with suppliers, organisational and record keeping.
  • Maintaining accurate fleet data following vehicle movement, acquisitions and disposals advice.
  • Proactively managing key fleet deadlines and deliverables, prioritising daily admin activity.
  • Engaging in Ad Hoc projects and driving opportunities that support the initiatives and development of the Fleet Team.
  • Maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance business performance.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Excellent organisational skills, providing high-level professional support.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
  • Proven ability to develop effective relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Sophisticated communication skills, influencing and liaising with diverse groups.
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Road & Vehicle laws and legislation.
