The Role

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team in our Darra head office. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to support our company's goals and objectives. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and practical experience to drive brand growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an annual marketing plan
  • Produce external marketing and sales collateral
  • Manage and optimize our website and social media pages for better SEO and market visibility
  • Create graphic and creative content for all areas of the business
  • Brand management and communication strategy
  • Internal communications and engagement strategies
  • Measure effectiveness of communication strategies

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary degree in Marketing or Communications
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Understanding of tradition and emerging marketing
  • Strong graphic design and creative content experience
  • Strong working knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite products
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience and capability to create, present and execute a business-wide communications strategy
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, social media, and SharePoint
  • Ability to build strong cooperative relationships with key stakeholders and teams
