Lead Product Strategist

The ideal candidate will sit within our team, reporting to the General Manager of Product. Our team is responsible for developing and enhancing platforms that enable brokers to be productive and deliver market-leading client experiences.
This role requires strategic thinking, customer focus, delivery capability, and strong stakeholder management. You will lead the development of new platform features from ideation to launch and go-to-market activities.
We are looking for an experienced professional with 10 years of experience in product management/development, specifically in Financial Services, Lending, or Mortgage Origination. They must have established leadership posture in the mortgage broking industry and a proven track record of delivering results on time and within budget.
