We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team at TeamKids. As a Second in Charge, you will play a vital role in assisting the Director of Service in delivering exceptional experiences for primary school-aged children.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Creating and implementing enriching experiences tailored to the preferences of our children;
  • Maintaining compliance with industry regulations;
  • Engaging with parents and supporting them with their queries;
  • Interacting with the school community and attending events when necessary;
  • Co-managing or coordinating during the school holiday program;

You will have the opportunity to work closely with our talented team, developing your skills and knowledge, and contributing to the success of our programs.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Contributing to the co-management or coordination of the school holiday program;
