Primary School Educator - Childcare Position

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary School Educator to join our team in Ferntree Gully. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality childcare services to primary aged children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a group of primary aged children during before and after-school care sessions.
  • Develop and implement engaging, safe, and compliant programs that promote learning and enriching play-based educational experiences.
  • Prepare and serve healthy food options for children.
  • Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the school community.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A passion for working with children and a commitment to providing exceptional care and education.
  • A Certificate III or equivalent qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • A valid Working with Children Check and First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Certificates.
  • Availability on weekdays and/or school holidays.
